My Lab-Grown Hamburger

Kristen Lee on May 22, 2008 | 800 Views

I have felt this guilt on many occasions. It's hard to play innocent when you understand the toll that carnivorous people (such as myself) have on the environment. But realistically, how far are we from lab-grown meat? Would it taste as good? Would this be considered a "green-collar" job, growing meat? Does this sound like sci-fi to anyone?? It sounds like one area of research that would pay off quite well if successful.
