The Leonardo ENERGY program has recently put together a How to Manual on Heat Pumps.
This high efficient technology demonstrates a great potential for reducing primary energy consumption for both Heating and Cooling.
With and increasing movement to well insulated houses and the establishment of concepts like Low Energy Houses or Passive Houses, Heat Pumps make more and more sense.
