HP Technique Doubles Efficiency of Solar Panels
With so many recent advancements in solar energy, I can't wait to see what will be available to consumers in the next few years. Featured article from Matter Network:

"HP developed a transparent transistor that will allow solar arrays to effectively bend light to collect a higher yield of solar energy." In addition, HP hopes to install CPV arrays for a lower cost with the use of an electrically operating transparent transistor. Transparency also brings potential for multi-use arrays: advertising.
Thinking back to other recent advancements such as nanowire addition and output boosts via huge magnifying glasses (forgive my simplification), solar energy is looking increasingly promising. If I was in the market for an array, I'd hold off making that big investment for promising technology.
