Selon Georges Baumgartner, le Japon craint une penurie délectricité à Tokyo, cet été, après la fermeture de la plus puissante centrale nucléaire du Japon, celle de Kashiwazaki-Kariwa, endommagée lundi par un séisme de magnitue 6,8 sur l'echelle de Richter qui a frappé la region de Niigata, a 250 kilomètres au nord-ouest de la capitale japonaise.

Si, pour se refroidir pendant l'été chaud, les japonais doivent remettre en route des centrales thermiques qui rejettent des quantités énormes de carbone dioxide dans l'atmosphère, pourquoi ne pas essayer de canaliser le soleil qui les dérange tant et générer de l'électricité à partir de l'énergie solaire par le biais de panneaux solaires?

Les Bavarois arrivent à couvrir 1% de leurs besoins en énergie électrique par ce biais. Pourquoi pas les japonais?
