Nos véhicules devront embarquer de manière plus profonde notre communication mobile, avec la possibilité d'interagir avec nos ordinateurs portables ou distants. L'iPod est déjà très embarqué sur la plupart des constructeurs. L'arrivée de l'iPhone va apporter une nouvelle dimension entre la relation voiture-ordinateur. J'imagine que les garagistes vont devoir apprendre à travailler dans un environnement interconnecté, où les rappels d'entretien s'effectueront via le réseau, où la consommation énergétique et kilométrique sera surveillée, où l'utilisation des routes analysées. Une véritable intelligence de marché va se mettre en marche et la relation clientèle transformée. Les assureurs pourront prendre des décisions sur la base de données solides, sans parler des comportements risqués des conducteurs qui pourraient être soumis à un détecteur constant de sur-vitesse, ou sous-vitesse. Micro-messaging, intégration de services en-ligne de photos comme Flickr, permettant un meilleur géopositionnement et surtout un matching futuriste entre les images, les vidéos des autres et la réalité en face.

Plus que jamais, l'interconnectivité va apporter ce que l'on appelle: la transparence radicale. Sommes-nous prêt mentalement à ces évolutions ? Nous sommes tellement friants de nouveautés que nous n'en réalisons pas les conséquences.
