The Clock of Environment Crisis

Shinichi Nishidate on September 13, 2007 | 679 Views

A few days ago, TV News in Japan introduced The Clock of Environment Crisis.Asahi Glass Foundation has been surveyed every year by questionnaire for governments and global intellectuals since 1992, and the Foundation appealed the result of survey on this year. It was pm9:31, it shows in the extreme alarm and heightened anxiety. And definition is that from 9pm till 12pm is extreme alarm and heightened anxiety, from 6pm till 9pm is fairly anxiety, from 3pm till 6pm is a little anxiety and from 12am till 3pm is not anxiety. And at 1992 it was 7:49 pm, at 1997 it was 9:04pm, at 2006 it was 9:17.What environment time of next year will be it? Most Japanese doesn’t know about this clock. But we can notice easily the warming climate by suffering disaster, large scale of typhoon, especially big rainfall. Can we turn back needles of environment crisis clock? But we must do it.
