Since 2003 engaged in Internet R&D, collaboration and interactive applications, became focused in Energy oriented projects, renewables and environmentally sensitive applications.

Started in 1973 as an electronics engineer R&D engaged in microcomputer industrial applications until 1986. Then began a commercial carreer in industrial products, and was also engaged in computer graphics. In 1993 started a Computer Graphics company, also engaged in Kiosks and Internet applications development.

Progressively interested in the relationship between technology and society, responsability, creative commons and digital rights, its present concerns are oriented at INETI / LNEG to energy efficiency, waste generation and new forms of energy, using solar, wind and ocean resources.
